Can you identify a coin from a photo sent by email?
No: identification goes through the app, which cross-checks your photos with the weight and diameter. It is more reliable, and your first 5 credits are free when you sign up.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your profile, in two clicks. Access stays open until the end of the paid period, and purchased credits remain yours.
How can I access or delete my data?
Choose the “Personal data” topic and write from your account's email address. We handle access, correction and deletion requests within the one-month period set by the GDPR.
I am a dealer or an expert: do you have a suitable plan?
The Professional plan covers most needs. Beyond that — high volume, several users, specific export needs — choose “Professional plan” and describe your business.
